night one on the medical floor…

well first, i came in for pre-conference and found out the patient i was assigned to was discharged. *sigh* got new patient which meant a new clew form to fill out (clinical homework) *fantastic………….baby*  BOOOOM SHAKALA..haha ok. got up to our floor and found out my password didn’t work *hooray*  but, i did have a fairly easy pt, really sweet too :)

and i didn’t realize how much documenting there was. like seriously, my classmates and i were sitting in front of the computers for two hours and we each had one pt to take of. i can’t imagine having five! …..still have a long way to go.

oh, and exam thursday morning after night clinical?
